Do I need a credit card for the trial?
Yes, a card is required to start the trial. A $1 charge is applied at signup to validate your payment method. You won’t be billed the full plan price until the 3 days are up.
What happens after the 3-day free trial?
Your desktop keeps running and you’re charged the monthly plan price. You can cancel before the trial ends from your dashboard — no questions asked.
Does the price include Windows?
Yes. Windows 10/11 Pro is included in all individual plans, and Windows Server 2025 in all Team plans. No extra license needed.
Is Microsoft Office included?
Office 2024 Pro Plus is available as an add-on for +$5/month. It’s not included by default except on Team plans.
Is this billed monthly or by the hour?
Flat monthly billing. No metered usage, no surprise charges at the end of the month.
What's the difference between Individual and Team plans?
