To access your flexidesktop account dashboard (the “My Account” area on our website), you first need to set up a password for your account at this link.

Important:

Your “My Account” password is different from your flexidesktop login credentials (the ones you use to access your virtual desktop via web or RDP).

My Account password is only for managing your subscription and viewing your desktop details on the website.
flexidesktop login credentials are for accessing your Windows desktop in your web browser.

How to Access “My Desktops”

  1. Go to www.flexidesktop.com/my-account/lost-password/
  2. Enter your email address (the same one you used for your order)
  3. Follow the instructions to set a new password

After setting your password, you can log in to your account at www.flexidesktop.com/my-account/.

What You’ll Find in “My Desktops”

  • Active flexidesktop:
    You’ll see a list of your active flexidesktop subscriptions. For most users, this will be just one desktop.
  • Details button:
    Click on Details next to your desktop to see more information.

Inside the Desktop Details Page

On the Details page, you’ll see an overview of your flexidesktop, including:

  • The name of your flexidesktop
  • The operating system installed (e.g., Windows 10 or Windows 11)
  • Your current CPU and memory usage

This overview helps you keep track of your desktop’s status and resource usage at a glance.

You’ll also find options related to VPN and Remote Desktop access:

  • If you haven’t requested VPN + Remote Desktop access yet, you’ll see a button to request it directly from this page.
  • After your request is approved by our support team, you’ll be able to download your VPN profile and view your Remote Desktop connection details (such as username, password, and IP address) right here.

How to Request VPN + Remote Desktop Access (Optional)

If you prefer, you can also connect to your flexidesktop using VPN + Microsoft Remote Desktop. This option offers better performance for longer sessions and is recommended for advanced users.

  • Open a support ticket or reply to your welcome email requesting VPN + RDP access.
